**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Từ 15 triệu VNĐ)
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 5 data entry personnel.
- Collect ticket information from websites provided by the company. Buy the tickets as required by manager’s instructions.
- Fill out reports using pre-made templates of team members and yourself and submit them to the manager at the end of each shift.
- Complete other tasks as requested by the manager.
- Communicate regularly with the direct manager to report team performance, issues, and progress.
- Monitor and track the team’s performance, and collect data on their output and quality.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and data.
- Provide feedback to the team to help improve efficiency.
- Complete data entry tasks yourself when not engaged in leadership duties.
- Carry out other responsibilities as required by management.
- WORKING TIME:

- 5 night working shifts a week. From 3PM to 0AM.
- 1 hour of break in any time of the shift.
- You will have TWO random days off/week, this will be decided by the company.
