Sr. Product Owner

Ho Chi Minh City Work Type: Full Time **ABOUT THE ROLE** The Senior Product Owner is responsible for the execution of the product roadmap (Mobile app and Web app), from conception to launch and optimization. Modern WeWork offices where you’ll get- - Free tea, coffee, snacks and free BEER ON TAP (after 5pm of course)- - Brand new Macbook Pro and associated tech on day one- - An inclusive culture where everybody in the business has direct impact**What you’ll do**: - Align with stakeholders and Global Product Manager on the product roadmap.- - Benchmark leading solutions and new features/technologies aligned with our product strategy.- - Gather info from stakeholders/users/partners and validate main pain points.- - Align with the medical board on practitioners needs.- - Write and maintain product specifications and work with UX/UI designers to finish requirements.- - Be responsible for engineering handover and product backlog prioritization.- - Build an agile culture and run scrum activities with Engineering teams.- - Define UAT and unit tests with the QA team.- - Test and improve on user feedback.- - Improve product analytics to support data-driven product optimization decisions.- - Run A/B testing.**What you’ll need**: - 5+ years of experience in a mobile product management role.- - Figma is a must (for wireframing and flowing) and have a good UI/UX understanding.- - Proven track record of successful product launches.- - Strong understanding of mobile industry trends, best practices, and user experience.- - Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, and communication skills.- - Excellent in English for working with global stakeholders.- - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.- - Experience in digital health & wellness is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is a plus. **WHY JOIN US?**Strong and genuinely patient-focused company mission (see below)- - Excellent financial credibility and refreshingly transparent future vision- - Phenomenal growth plans and an excellent team culture- Experienced founders with 20+ years experience in digital health, software and partnership development in both bluechip and start-up companies - and successful previous exits **ABOUT ELFIE** Check out the Elfie app:Elfie's ambitious mission is to save millions of people annually.
