Clickable Impact is seeking an experienced and dynamic communications strategist to co-lead our Communications and Public Affairs Consulting Group. The Director will be responsible for developing communications strategies and programs, coaching and mentoring a consultant team, setting and enforcing a high standard for deliverables, presenting work to clients, and supporting business development. The Director will work alongside a practice group manager responsible for systems and processes. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and grow the Communications and Public Affairs Consulting Group by setting strategic direction, building a strong team, and delivering exceptional client service.
- Develop and implement communications strategies and campaigns to support the project objectives of clients in the international development and business association sectors, with a particular focus on climate mitigation, resilience, or adaptation projects.
- Oversee projects, ensuring that KPIs are exceeded and that deliverables meet Clickable Impact’s quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for business development and proposal writing.
- Stay up to date with current trends and innovations in the field of communications, incorporating these into project work and advising clients on best practices.
- Manage team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Participate in the company's senior leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan.
