- **Public Relations Management**: Lead public relations initiatives to enhance the company's image and reputation, fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and the public.
- **Policy Advocacy**: Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in the solar energy industry, providing strategic guidance to the executive team on potential impacts and opportunities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Cultivate and manage relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and advocacy groups to promote the company's interests and contribute to policy discussions.
- **Crisis Management**: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential challenges or controversies and protect the company's brand and reputation.
- **Internal Communication**:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of government affairs initiatives internally.
- **Media Relations**: Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and proactive engagement with media outlets to convey the company's key messages.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute events, conferences, and seminars to showcase the company's achievements and engage with relevant stakeholders.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Political Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in government affairs, public relations, or a related field within the renewable energy or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks related to the solar energy sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Crisis management and issues resolution experience.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align government affairs initiatives with business objectives.
- Fluency in Chinese is a must.
