- Fully developed professional, recognized as a technical and selling expert. Able to tackle complex issues, comprehensive business knowledge of medical device industry (BSC and competitors).
- Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
- Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory without appreciable direction.
- Independently plan and develop market for existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc).
- Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs.
- Prime contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff for technical, contract and project matters.
- Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
- To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
- Lead specialized project teams & provide technical leadership to Business Unit Heads.
- Participate in the development of other team members by facilitating training and providing feedback and guidance (role model, best practice sharing,).
- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
