About this role

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Rep (CS) to

provide support to our users and ensure a seamless experience. This role is

essential to helping club organizers and players get the most value out of

Reclub, while having a positive perception of Reclub, even when facing issues.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and provide guidance on how to debug issues.
- Educate users on platform features and best practices.
- Document user feedback and collaborate with internal teams
- Ensure a timely responsive and positive customer experience.
