**What We Can Offer**:
Purpose
Plans, monitors, and analyses plant performance in assigned area in accordance with the established operating procedures and instructions from Performance Analysis Leader and Refinery Planning Manager.
Responsibility
For this position, minimum works are as follows,
Coordinate with Divisions in the Refinery to establish their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Analyze Divisions’ KPIs and prepare gap analysis report(s).
Develop Long-Term / Mid-Term / Annual Production Plans.
Analyze production results and financial figures, prepare gap analysis reports(s).
Coordinate closely with other Sections to identify opportunities to improve profits.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Section Manager and/or other superiors.
Accountability, Duty
To achieve the followings through the above responsibility
Perform safe and stable refinery operation
Keep required quality of product supply
Plant productivity improvement
- Specific numerical goals will be defined every year.

**Job Requirements**:
Educational Level
:
University Graduated
Work Experience
:
Min 5 year’s experiences in Oil Refining/Petrochemical Plant or equivalent
Specialty/Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in Refining/Chemical/Petrochemical engineering or equivalent

**Skills**:

- Knowledgeable with refining process technology, operation.
- Excellent Knowledge and understanding of performance management
- Min 1 year’s experiences in Strategy planning Plant Business & Analysis and related work
- Report writing, communication, training and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities under high pressure and innovative to generate the new ideas.
- Minimum TOEIC - 600 or Equivalent
