JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Build and Maintain Management Finance Database:

  • Research, select, collect, and verify relevant data and information (both internal and external), continuously exploring valuable data sources for GPBank on a periodic basis or based on business requirements.
  • Plan and organize data storage, including data warehouses, to support reports and analyses for the department.

2. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Develop, operate, and enhance reports analyzing product/customer/unit/contract profitability (covering large, complex divisions such as IT, Marcom, and overall operational performance), both periodic and ad hoc. These reports typically require multi-dimensional analyses.
  • Proactively generate reports and specialized studies to support departmental decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reports or specialized studies upon request and provide suitable recommendations and suggestions for the department.

3. Advisory for Units:

  • Receive and respond to inquiries from departments or units under responsibility.
  • Provide proactive or requested advice, working with units to define feasible solutions based on data analysis and insights.

4. Process Optimization:

  • Propose improvements and report issues related to work quality to supervisors.
  • Actively seek process enhancements, implement selected solutions, initiate innovations, and coordinate resources to facilitate execution of improvements.

5. Participate in Annual Budgeting and Business Planning:

  • Support assigned tasks in budgeting and business planning, and coordinate with management to monitor trends and plan implementation.

6. Collaborate with Bank Units:

  • Work with various units to implement management finance activities and achieve set objectives.

7. People Management:

  • Attract suitable talent, lead and optimize staff skills and knowledge, train and develop the team and individual employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or Auditing.
  • Over 5 years of experience in management finance or balance sheet management.
  • Deep understanding of banking, finance, and accounting operations.
  • Knowledge of Tax Law, asset-liability management, and cost accounting.
  • Good understanding of core banking activities.
  • Knowledge of organizational strategy and ability to translate it into actionable objectives for the unit.
  • Familiarity with Accounting Standards and related laws/regulations.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in calculation, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office tools.
