**JOB SUMMARY**:
Implements the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program locally for Johnson & Johnson (Vietnam) Ltd cross business sectors under supervision of the Health Care Compliance Officer to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related Johnson &Johnson internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Serves as a strategic business partner for local management and coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day to day business.

This position reports to the HCC Officer. This position is located in Ho Chi Minh City and supports the Johnson & Johnson Vietnam HCC program in Vietnam.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The HCC Lead Specialist will support the supervisor and work with the HCC team on various support activities which may include but not limited to the followings:

- Involve in development and execute processes to effectively drive HCC compliance and improvements in line with changing business needs and the regulatory environment
- Lead implementation of the Health Care Business Integrity Guide (FCPA) and HCC written policies and procedures.
- Managed risk involving third party intermediaries by leading and driving the due diligence process in covered business areas, including training to business sponsors, coordinating the process with business team, reviewing due diligences questionnaires/documentation.
- Partner with business, Interface with all relevant parties including senior management and HCPs regarding HCC requirements and interpretations.
- Serves as the first line of communication to the business of reviewing local requests and documentation. Support in HCC reviews and approvals
- Responsible for HCC education and training programs and regular communication for all staff and relevant third parties.
- Support in the implementation an appropriate annual certification process for all employees
- Responsible for managing and executing HCC self-monitoring, testing, self-assessment and risk assessment processes including data analysis.
- Work with other HCC contacts on cross border events and issues
- Report & track unplanned deviation. Implement and follow up on the Management of Action Plan as assigned by the HCC Officer.
- Support HCC Officer in the self-assessment and risk assessment process to detect process gaps and inconsistencies.
- Support appropriate investigations together with HCC Officer, Legal, Internal Audit and HR for any reports of potential misconduct on HCC matters
- Implement and maintain quarterly reporting metrics to management on Healthcare Compliance
- Other duty /project may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 6 or more years’ experience in Compliance, Audit, Law, Finance Compliance, preferably in healthcare industries
- Strong Computer skill - Ms. excel, word, ppt, data management
- Good knowledge of the Healthcare compliance, FCPA, related local laws & regulations and Industry Code.
- Require strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work independently and in a detailed manner
- Deals well with ambiguity, proactive and quick learner, strong team spirit
- Ability to manage conflicts in a open and constructive manner
- High level of integrity with good ethical core values.
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English (reading, writing, verbal) - additional language skills advantageous
