**JNLT Consumer Health Company is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Compliance Officer (CO) Consumer Health, l**ocated in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam or Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Senior Manager will support business units within Consumer Health and is expected to lead the operationalization of compliance strategies within the cluster and relevant countries. The role will work closely with the Director, CO and with country business partners to deliver on the set compliance strategies and provide management and oversight of the Health Care Compliance/Health Care Business Integrity (HCC/HCBI) program in support of the Consumer Health organization.

The role will be a key interface to other Compliance Teams (including Regional Leads, peer COs across countries, and PM function) on key initiatives driven by Consumer Health. The role will play a key role in execution of overall Compliance strategy and developing and managing a robust compliance program. They will serve as an internal compliance expert to leaders and key stakeholders, exercising judgment to mitigate business risk, and managing the allocation of resources to support business initiatives and enterprise projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for building and maintaining an effective compliance program to ensure its business activities comply with HCC/HCBI laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to the promotion and marketing of health care products and services, interactions with health care professionals and/or government officials, including, as applicable, off-label promotion, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws.
- Collaborate with key business leaders to actively support new business models, growth strategies, and agile ways of working.
- Provide regular updates and partner with key stakeholders to ensure governance and oversight of the compliance program to effectively prevent and/or detect violations of laws, regulations, or company policies.
- Enable compliant business growth by ensuring the Consumer Health Compliance team partners with the Law Department and peers to help the business navigate through risks associated with engagements with Health Care Professionals, Government Officials and related entities, new business creation, designing controls into business processes to mitigate risks, and ensuring the implementation of these controls.
- Collaborate with the Program Management Team - Policy & Training team to provide strategic direction and oversight of HCC/HCBI policies/procedures, education, training, and communications on HCC/HCBI requirements to all relevant employees.
- Partner with Program Management Team - Global Operations in developing and implementing the annual Compliance testing & monitoring program and provide oversight of management action plans and corrective actions to close gaps identified during risk reviews, testing and monitoring.
- Interface with legal counsel regarding Compliance requirements, legal interpretations, and region-specific issues.
- Act as a consultant, adviser, and approver for business activities involving Compliance risks
- Active engagement with the external environment to bring insights into the organization through active partnership with law department and industry groups.
- Assisting, in conjunction with the Director, CO, with organizing and running the Compliance Committee process to ensure relevant compliance requirements and updates are shared across business units.
- Work with Director, CO to respond to complaints and reports of potential misconduct through appropriate investigations and escalations, consistent with Company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and oversight on the coordination of tasks, resources, and priorities impacting Consumer Health through coordination with leadership and peers in other regions.
- Influence the external environment to help shape policies and bring insights into the new Consumer Health organization through active partnership with law department and industry groups in specific region

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience and demonstrated leadership in HCC or related compliance function (HCC, Regulatory, Quality, Finance) required
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a compliance program in accordance with an organization's risk profile is required
- Strong knowledge of international and local HCC fraud and abuse laws; anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws (such as FCPA), Industry Codes, financial or auditing practices and other relevant and applicable company policies is required
- Ability to lead a team across multiple business units in various countries
- Proven track record interacting with multiple levels of leadership and ability to advise and influence leadership is required****:
