PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- Sales representatives are responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
- Sales representatives are either inside or outside sales reps via phone, online, face-to-face meetings.
- This position will manage and coordinate all activities of team under guidance of Sales Manager such as promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team target, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.
- Expanding ITL market share by winning new customers, remain key customers to achieve Sales target
- Increase import volume contribution by approaching customers who have import demands
- Construction communicate with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
- Keep good image of Company in the market by professional style of working
- Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
- Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
- Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.

- Min 1- 2 years’ experience in related field is preferable
- Working in logistics / freight forwarding industrial is an advantage
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- University degree, major in the relevant fields.
- English with fluent 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
- Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
- Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit
- Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
- Good knowledge about logistics industrial
