In your new role you will:
- Partner with **business leaders **to **develop and implement people strategies **leading to improvement of business performance
- Work closely with **HR Centre of Competence **and **HR Shared Services Center **to **develop effective programs and solutions **in the areas of **recruitment, onboarding & integration of employees, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits**:
- Analyse trends, identify and implement activities to increase employee engagement
- Coach people managers to positively impact the motivation, development and retention of employees
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related today-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
- May lead or participate in HR-related projects
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A HR degree or equivalent with **more than 7 years of practical experience **in HR business partner role
- Good knowledge in **local employment law **and **HR Practices**:
- Good organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-tasks and experience working in matrix organisation
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, etc.
