**I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
1. Làm việc với Đại lý/ Đối tác:

- Triển khai việc bán B
- o hiểm xe hơi qua các kênh Đại lý & Đối tác.
- Phát triển kinh doanh thông qua các kênh đại lý xe hơi.
- Duy trì mối quan hệ với các Đại lý / Đối tác để thúc đẩy bán hàng.
- Thiết lập chiến dịch bán hàng & KPI cho Đại lý / đối tác để thúc đẩy bán hàng.
- Tổ chức hội th

- các đại lý hiện tại và tiềm năng (gi

- o hiểm và thủ tục yêu cầu bồi thường)

2. Dịch vụ khách hàng:

- Nhắc và lưu ý đối tác về việc gia hạn B
- o hiểm.
- Phát hành các H

- o hiểm.
- Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, tiếp cận khách hàng, bán b
- o hiểm và chăm sóc khách hàng

3. Qu

- o hiểm:

- Cập nhật tình hình phí b
- o hiểm còn thiếu và theo dõi phí b
- o hiểm quá hạn để đ
- m b
- o thu phí b
- o hiểm đầy đủ và kịp thời.
- Giám sát phí b
- o hiểm đầu ra và đầu vào của các Đại lý hàng tháng.

4. Với các phòng ban liên quan:

- p tác với Bộ phận Bồi thường Cá nhân / Bồi thường Doanh nghiệp để gi
- i quyết bồi thường cho khách hàng

- p tác với Bộ phận Nghiệp vụ và các bộ phận liên quan khác để xây dựng báo giá và phạm vi b

- p, theo dõi cùng việc cấp đơn và các vấn đề liên quan đến phát hành h

5. Các tác vụ khác:

- Cập nhật các xu hướng, tình hình thị trường
- nh hưởng trực tiếp đến hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty
- Báo cáo các vấn đề bất thường nếu có.
- Thực hiện các công việc văn phòng khác theo yêu cầu của Công ty.

**II. YÊU CẦU**
Bằng cấp:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng trở lên;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể sử dụng tiếng Anh trong công việc.

Kỹ năng - Kiến thức:

- Am hiểu về nghiệp vụ và Kiến thức b
- o hiểm xe cơ giới.
- Có cam kết, động cơ làm việc rõ ràng
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và h

- Kỹ năng thúc đẩy sale, đàm phán, kh
- năng thích ứng nhanh
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm & qu

- Tinh thần ham học hỏi & cầu tiến

Kinh nghiệm
- Có mạng lưới đại lý b
- o hiểm xe là một điểm ưu tiên
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc về lĩnh vực sales.
