**Principle Duties & Responsibilities**
- Create, implement, and oversee country sales strategies and business plans in Vietnam
- Effectively plan and implement department structure across business development and coordinate marketing functions within Vietnam
- Work with senior management to identify market opportunities, new trends and develop sales growth strategies
- Identify key clients and partners across Vietnam and build sustainable relationships with these clients through varied retention strategies
- Co-ordinate with Global Head of Marketing to execute brand and lead generation strategies regionally
- Co-ordinate with Head of Client relations to ensure the delivery of regional customer satisfaction, knowledge and expertise to provide a competitive edge for Hantec
- Overall day-to-day management of team personnel including ensuring business development policies are complied with and targets achieved.
- Report to senior stakeholders to highlight progress achieved against KPIs
- Building your own portfolio of clients, generating sales pipeline, and increasing revenue
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Liaising with Senior Management and preparing quarterly/ annual reports
- **Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of financial services, FX and CFD markets, industry trends and the competitive landscape within region
- High Proficiency level in English is a must
- High proficiency level in the following languages would be beneficial: Chinese, Thai, Malay
- A minimum of three years’ work experience in senior management position
- Experience of working within a competitive sales environment
- A Business, Marketing and/or Finance qualification would be beneficial
- Drive, hunger, and personal ambition to deliver targets and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent People-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build a relationship with prospects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects in a consultative manner
