**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Strategy & Planning
- Create HR management strategy on a short-term and long-term basis to support the business strategies of the Company.
- Set and implement the HR - L&D strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and consolidate all the plans into one.
- Design the annual HR plan, including talent acquisition, L&D, build strategy and plan on performance management, succession planning and change management and other HR strategy assigned by the BOD.
- Research and compare the remuneration policy with the market and provide proposal to improve the C&B policy.
- Design the Emulation and Reward policy to encourage our people to have initiatives and innovation to enhance the work quality and improve the process to gain the efficiency.
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end HR projects, including onboarding, L&D, talent development, performance management, succession planning, labor regulations, corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Coordinately execute the Inter-department projects such as summer camp, curriculum development.
- Embrace and implement L&D projects.
- Deliver the activities and allocated resources to Departments to ensure that the team delivers to committed tasks
- Own and centrally monitor the people quality innovation project portfolio.
Operations
- Ensure HR services are conducted professionally in relation to consulting and supporting the
- expatriate teachers, managing HR data process, employment process on recruitment, assignment, promotion, demotion, internal transfer, labor discipline and employment contract termination.
- Develop the policy, process and related instruction to the HR management, serve as a crossfunctional change agent across the organization.
- Research and improve C&B policy, ensure the competition and consistency. Propose the bonus and benefit-in-kinds policy to take care of physical and mental health of employees.
- Ensure the time keeping process, working days calculation and salary payment are in order and accuracy.
- Ensure the compliance in labor, reporting, PIT, SHUI, Trade Union, expatriate labor compliance.
- Be responsible for activities in relation to develop team value, employee value proposition to build professional working environment, create the healthy and happy corporate culture.
- Propose and provide the L&D activities, ensure the people are equipped with the skills and competencies required.
- Ensure teams are delivering to a common plan and purpose, and that risks and issues are well-managed.
People Management
- Be responsible for talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent, and have plan and strategy for recruitment n both short-term and long-term plan
- Propose and execute the HR management project to build the strong workforce in both profession and skills, implement the L&D plan in accordance with the cross-functional competencies and functional competencies.
- Allocate task, responsibilities and working plan for all staff of the Department reasonably.
- Training, coaching team members on the designed competencies related skillsets and knowhow on daily basis, as an individual, and as in a group.
- Motivate and make you as an example of leadership skills by inspiring all members of the
- Department via the Company's core value and show the leadership.
- Develop working plan and career path for direct team members at all levels, manage and monitor the performance and the progress of delivery of such plans.
Finance Management
- Plan the annual HR budget which Includes salary, bonus, benefit-In-kinds, operation expenses, employee engagement activities and the relevant budget.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the department and projects including purchasing, budgeting & budget review.
- Work with Finance Department to monitor, control, and report on relevant costs and expenses.
- Drive the ethos of cost saving and profit growth all the way through the department, and the projects involved. Explore and recommend new cost effective/innovative methods to deliver tasks and projects.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, business management, economics and/or related business
- experience.
- 5+ years relevant experience in Human Resources, especially the service industry.
- Experiences in education is an advantage.
- Project management skill.
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees.
- Ability to transfer positive energy to the others.
- Possess analytical ability and resolve issues.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent English speaking and writing.
- Understand core business processes and associated HR management solutions.
- Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Proven influencing and collaboration skills.
