Williams-Sonoma Vietnam is looking for Project Interns for a 3-month internship program from October 2024, working on Bluebook Project. Blue Blook is a Williams-Sonoma globally connected online manufacturing Product Documentation System.

Under the supervision of Engineering Manager, the Project Interns will:

- Complete 3 - 4 product units per day on Bluebook system by convert the Bill of Material (BOM) from Vendor's template to WSI's template when needed and upload the data into the system.
- Upload other documents of the products into the system properly.
- Cooperate with Merchandisers and Furniture Engineers to cross check the data if needed.
- Follow up and report the Bluebook status with Furniture Engineering team.

The Project Interns will receive detailed training before proceeding with the work.

After the program, the Project Interns will:

- Gain basic knowledge of furniture products including home furnishing materials and finishing techniques.
- Bring into play your teamwork skills and working skills under time pressure.
- Learn a little idea about how the furniture engineer engineers a product.
- Intern in a business environment to improve your ability and enhance your skills which studying from university.

JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

List of key competencies we need:

- Major: Woodworking / Mechanical engineering
- CAD: 2D/3D
- English: Writing/ reading. Can communicate in English is prefer
- Understand about furniture is a prefer
- Ability to work well under pressure, able to work within time constraints to complete the project
- Attention to details
- Organizational skills

RECRUITMENT INFORMATION
- Lunch and travel allowance: 5,000,000 VND/month
- Working location: 171 M/3, Street No. N6, KP2, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong (near VSIP 1 Industrial Park, Thuan An)
- Working hours: from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, from Monday to Friday (flexible arrangement between students' studies and work)
