OUJI Vietnam is part of the Whealthfields Group. The parent company has established for more than 22 years in China. The business has now expanded across all SEA and Oceania, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and Dubai. Our company is a manufacturer of daily and cosmetic products. We manufacture over 1,000 daily households under 12 categories. Our products include Walch*German technology laundry detergent, wet wipes, sanitizer, Japan technology 3-1 pods/capsules (KA, ArFum & Fresh HY).
We are looking for a suitable Sales Manager / Key Account Manager for the company’s expansion plans in Vietnam.
The Sales Manager - is mainly responsible for managing and developing distributors, retailers, partner network in offline channel and other B2B customers. He/she will be accountable for the offline market development, achieving sales target and P&L of the accounts.
- _**Expand new accounts, list in Retailers and get new Distributors within 2-3 first months (must) **_
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Required language(s): English. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Have network / relationship with retail systems in Vietnam (must).
- **Have FMCG background with at least 3 to 5 years successful experience in sales offline (at least with Senior Level). Experience in household cleaning products is strongly preferred.**:
