**Position**: IT Support (Junior)
**Location**: Di An, Binh Duong (Làng Đại học)
**Type**:Full-time

You will be the first-line technical support responsible for ensuring smooth and stable operations at our office and branch locations. This role is critical in supporting our technical teams (developers, testers) as well as internal operational staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and repair laptops/PCs and peripheral devices for new and current employees.
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot networking devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi) under the supervision of a senior colleague.
- Manage office equipment including CCTV cameras, time attendance machines, and internal phones (IP Phones).
- Track IT assets, assist in procurement proposals, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and deployment.
- Document and update IT procedures and periodic incident reports.
- Participate in internal IT projects as assigned (e.g., system upgrades, equipment relocation, office network changes).

**Requirements**:

- College or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Support roles at software, manufacturing, or service companies.
- Solid knowledge of hardware, Windows OS, LAN/Wi-Fi networking, and office equipment.
- Experience in setting up, configuring, and managing Domain Controllers on physical servers (Windows Server AD).
- Ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortigate Firewalls.
- Basic understanding of: Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, antivirus, DHCP, DNS.
- Good communication skills, proactive, eager to learn, and service-oriented mindset.
- English proficiency: Able to read and understand technical documents and conduct basic communication (B1 level or equivalent).
- Preferred: Experience working in a software company.
