About the role:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be a great addition to our team to provide our customers in Singapore and Vietnam with IT solutions.

You will be working in a team of 4:

- 03 members in Singapore: IT Support Engineer, System Engineer, and IT Support Manager
- 01 member in Vietnam: IT Support Engineer.

**Responsibilities**:

- On-site IT support and maintenance services
- Helpdesk and Remote IT support for Singapore and Vietnam
- Installation/ Configuration/ Setup of equipment such as (Computers, Servers, and Network peripherals)
- Installation/ Configuration/ Setup of office software
- Perform customer request escalation
- Report to: IT Support Manager in Singapore

Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM Vietnam Time, Monday to Friday.
