- Be responsible for managing, strategically developing and driving the profitability across both new and existing client events & projects (activation, promotion, launch);
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and budget;
- Ensure that each project is delivered to IT's maximum profitability levels and that areas of upselling and cross selling are identified;
- Ensure that all opportunities within client accounts are maximized;
- Pitch for new business and taking the lead on;
- Prepare Presentation and pitch for business;
- Coordinate with operational teams to deliver effective events and efficient;
- Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients;
- Develop networks at events and trade shows to identify opportunities and develop business across the business' portfolio of services;
- Coordinate tradeshow and event platforms, related graphics and promotional activities to support clients' projects;
- Identify opportunities, sponsorships, promotions for marketing and sales;
- Manage tradeshow-related and customer events;
- Negotiate event discounts/ advantages on behalf of the company;
- Manage show/event vendor relationships with hotels, convention centers, exhibit houses, labor, and organizations;
- Manage promotional campaigns related to events;
- Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables;

- University degree in public relations, business management or another related field;
- At least 5 years experience in event management;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
- Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity;
