This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, ensuring accurate cost tracking, and driving cost-saving initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Description As an Operations Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and analyzing factory budgets and expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
- Collaborating with operations teams to provide financial insights for process optimization.
- Preparing forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial accuracy.
- Providing guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement measures.
- Managing month-end and year-end closing processes for the factory.
- Ensuring accurate inventory valuation and reporting within the manufacturing processes Profile A successful Operations Finance Controller should have:

- Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in cost control, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
- Experience working in manufacturing or operations finance
- Ability to work independently and act as a trusted business partner to operations teams
