Position: Growth Marketing Lead, Global Market - AI ProductsWe're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Lead to drive explosive user acquisition for our AI products. In this role, you'll have a significant impact on our global growth strategy and be measured by tangible results.Job Responsibilities
- Lead our growth engine: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across our AI product portfolio (mobile & web)
- Drive channel optimization: Identify and scale the most effective marketing channels - from organic search and performance marketing to viral social campaigns
- Hit ambitious targets: Take ownership of our 10X growth challenge - scaling our user base tenfold within 12 months
- Analyze & iterate: Use data to continuously improve conversion funnels, optimize CAC, and increase retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
- Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
- Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October);

**Requirements**:

- Proven growth experience: 1+ years driving measurable results in product marketing with expertise in performance ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and social media growth
- Results-oriented mindset: Track record of setting ambitious goals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Data-driven approach: Ability to analyze metrics, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions based on data
- Growth mindset: Honest, responsible, and continuously seeking to improve
- Creative problem-solving: Find innovative ways to acquire and retain users in competitive markets
- Self-starter attitude: Proactive, independent worker who also thrives in collaborative environments

Pay: 1,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
