Growth Strategy & Analytics
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, BD team, and researchers to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute data-driven online marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Design and implement A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experience
- Create and maintain performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness across global markets

Market Research & Development
- Analyze biotech industry trends and identify growth opportunities
- Develop market penetration strategies for different regions
- Coordinate with global teams to create and test marketing materials
- Present performance analyses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing with proven digital campaign success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Fluent English for global collaboration
- Strong data analytics skills with digital marketing tools
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have
- Korean language skills for regional collaboration
- Experience in biotech or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Experience with global markets
