DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Report to Workforce Planning Team Lead for all related activities and execute task as assigned
- Propose decisions based upon the outputs of the data and make recommendations to a cross functional leadership team.
- Accountable for nationwide workforce forecasting and optimization. Need to be proactive in determining long and short-term staffing needs and effectively communicating upcoming trends.
- Partner with Business Intelligence Team and Operation Excellence Team to develop accurate and actionable views, dashboards, metrics and forecasts.
- Perform analysis of findings/trends using statistical analysis, modeling, process documentation, profitability analysis, etc.
- Produce analysis on workforce performance versus plan, actual productivity and suggest the headcount structure
- Manage data statistics to deliver financial and operational analysis
- Influence key stakeholders to improve planning efficiency and accuracy
- Propose other templates and analysis if any to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of Workforce Planning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent - Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics.
- More than 1 year of experience in metrics reporting, forecasting and analysis, capacity planning and experience in working in logistic/express industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint & data visualization: Google Data Studio/ PowerBI/Tableau.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Problem-solving skills with a creative mindset to enhance models and processes.
- Fast-learning and open to change.
