Business Development Executive

HERAMO is seeking 02 outstanding, talented, highly-motivated and ambitious franchise development executives to help us expand rapidly our franchise network and also take care of the development and relationship with key franchisees.
**Franchise Development**
- Sourcing Potential Franchise Investors, build up lead acquisition funnel from multiple channels (online channels, offline events, workshops etc)
- Introduce, consult, and work with cross-functional teams to deploy end to end process & activities of investor acquisition through out the funnel
- Follow up and complete franchising documents in process (NDA, LOI, contracts etc)
- Use tool/system to manage franchise investment from prospect stage to contract signing and post-purchase stage
- Plan to source, follow warm and hot leads weekly & monthly
- Do analysis on market/customer trends and propose for continuous improvement in franchise products satisfying the market needs
- Follow and report weekly / monthly to keep track KPI commitments
- Work directly with the Founding team and Advisors from Go Global organization (Ms. Nguyen Phi Van, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Quynh) to standardize the model, processes, pricing, organization for our franchise business to go global.
**Franchise Relationship Management**
- Manage and fostering fruitful collaboration with assigned franchisees by planning and executing daily, weekly & monthly activities with franchisees
- Act as the bridge between assigned franchisees and the company to listen, empathy, collect feedback and facilitate the problem solving process to continuously improve the performance and operation of franchisee stores
- Manage and strengthen the connection / relationship / friendship with assigned franchisees
**WORKING HOURS & SALARY**
- Competitive salary and bonus scheme
- Probation period: 2 months (receive 100% salary + KPI)
- Working location: 01 Truong Son, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCM City / Weekly store visit in HCMC
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Very good at people skills: Active Listening, Empathy with people, Communication and Conflict Resolution
- Very good at Negotiation, Collaboration and Persuasion
- 1+ year(s) of experiences in B2B Sales, Partnership Development, Account Management
- Accountable, honest
- Commercial English Communication (Speaking and Writing) is a Big Plus
- Business Mindset, Learning Mindset, Innovation Mindset, Lean-in Mindset
- Teamwork and still able to work independently
- Analytical mindset and strong in problem solving is a Big Plus
