**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Looking for new agents and doing business development tasks;
- Planning and organizing marketing activities to promote brand name and programs of Can-Achieve, including workshops, group agent training sessions, education fairs, etc.
- Actively promoting Can-Achieve's programs to local agent partners by sending newsletters, making phone calls, visiting offices, posting on social media etc. to remind programs and generate inquiries
- Consulting local agent partners with suitable programs based on agents’ expectations
- Other duties are assigned by the line manager
**The Most Suitable Background**
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Marketing or communications qualifications are an advantage;
At least 3 years of experience in a role related to higher education, international education, or similar;
Knowledge or a willingness to learn about overseas education consultancy;
Study or experience abroad is preferred;
Desire to progress in a career in international education, with a commitment to professional development
Ability to travel internationally

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and activities at the same time
Self-motivated and enthusiastic to communicate a passion for international education with a broad range of internal and external audiences
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
