**OVERVIEW**:
Responsible for managing and configuring various aspects of NetSuite, such as financial reporting, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer relationship management. Also responsible for ensuring that the system is optimized to meet the needs of the organization and providing training and support to users as needed.

Responsible for identifying and implementing new features and functionality within NetSuite that could benefit the organization. Will work closely with the CFO to understand corporate needs and translate them into NetSuite configurations and workflows that meet their requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Configure and maintain NetSuite system settings and options to meet business requirements
- Customize forms, fields, workflows, and reports within NetSuite to support business processes
- Manage and maintain user roles and permissions within NetSuite
- Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions between different versions of NetSuite or from other systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues reported by end-users
- Provide training and support to NetSuite users across the organization including for data entry
- Stay up-to-date on new NetSuite features and functionality and evaluate their potential impact on the business and report to CFO
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and optimization within NetSuite and report to CFO
- Generate and distribute regular reports on NetSuite system usage, performance, and KPIs
- Ensure the integrity of data entry and train data entry operators

**SKILLS**:

- 3+ years of being a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Technician
- The technical ability to configure NetSuite and develop scripts using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow is important and understanding web services and REST APIs.
- Strong Analytic skills to analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations and workflows
- Creating with CFO SOP and workflows
- Strong communication skills are required to work with both technical and non-technical staff
- Superlative problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues within NetSuite and develop creative solutions for users
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines is important for this role
- A high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure the accuracy of data and reports generated within NetSuite for the CFO
- A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles, as well as business operations, is important to effectively support and optimize NetSuite for the organization
- Onboard new users of NetSuite for GPC
- Prepare the required reports of the CFO for GPC
