1. Chịu trách nhiệm việc lập kế hoạch mua hàng với Nhà Cung Cấp Nước ngoài nhằm đảm bảo giao hàng tới Khách hàng đúng thời gian, hiệu quả / Be responsible for planning the purchase with the Oversea Suppliers in order to deliver stocks to Customers timely and effectively
- Nhận yêu cầu mua hàng từ các yêu cầu của Khách Hàng/ Receive the Purchase Orders (POs) of the Customers requests
- Thực hiện, theo dõi đơn hàng trên hệ thống NC theo quy trình và chính sách mua hàng của Công ty/ Implement, follow-up the POs in the New Century (NC) system which comply the Purchasing process and policy of the Company
- Phối hợp, phản hồi với NCC Nước ngoài để giải quyết các vấn đề hàng hóa khuyết điểm, chất lượng kém mà Khách Hàng phàn nàn/ Coordinate, feedback to the Oversea Suppliers to solve for any defective items, quality issue

2. Theo dõi, thực hiện các chương trình MKT của Ngành hàng/Follow-up, implement the Marketing program of the Business Unit
- Thực hiện chương trình MKT như hoạt động giới thiệu sản phẩm, hội nghị bán hàng, sự kiện...cho Khách hàng/ Implement the Marketing program such as activitaion/ introduction products, conferences, events and etc.for Customers
- Thu thập, báo cáo tình hình thị phần, khách hàng, đối thủ cho Ngành hàng/ Collect, report the customer segment, customers and compititors for the Business Unit
- Theo dõi, báo cáo hàng hóa hàng tuần/ tháng/ Follow-up, report the stocks weekly/ monthly
- Các yêu cầu khác được chỉ định bởi quản lý cấp trên/Other tasks assigned by the Superior

- Ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Mua hàng/MKT/ At least 02 years of experiences in the Purchasing/ MKT field

Năng lực/ Competency:

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp/Communication skills
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề/ Problem Solving skills
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản/English Commmunication skills
- Kỹ năng MS Office/MS Office skills
