**OBJECTIVES**:
We are looking for a Performance/Optimization Executive to join our team, who will be providing planning, daily digital campaign execution and analysis to improve our client’s marketing performance. You will also be part of a growing multifaceted digital optimization team that develops advanced analytic solutions for top companies across the industries.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Media Planning: (20%)**
- Plan the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
- Develop the quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation
- Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver with acceptable result/ outcome.

**Digital Campaign Execution: (70%)**
- Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC, )
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

**Report & Analytics: (10%)**
- Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects

Must have:

- Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
- Fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
- Have the ability to work under pressure (big big pressure)
- Analytical skills & problem-solving skills
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.

Good to have:

- 1 year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
- 1 year experience in Google Adword and Facebook Ads.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
