The
**DIGITAL - PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST **is responsible for planning paid media strategy & execution to support integrated marketing campaign. This involves building out a cohesive plan that suits the overall campaign objective, strategizing tactics and optimizing paid media channels to achieve the goals.

The
**DIGITAL - PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST **is required to:

- Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
- Working together with integrated team to align campaign strategies and goals.
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
- Analyzing performance and implementing optimizations to drive performance.
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs.
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and executing paid media.
- Recommending, Overseeing, and managing the overall budget for paid media.
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.

**PROSPECT**
- Research & assess data to derive insights that cover both behavioral, platform & demographic recommendations.
- Recommends strategy and budget planning for digital media campaigns.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners.

**BUSINESS**
- Understands the role that social and digital media plays in a client’s communication mix.
- Has a solid a sense of how social media tools work as well as the cadence of social media platforms (i.e., Buddy Media, Simply Measured, Facebook Insights)
- Understands digital media planning and buying (social, native, display, and search media)
- Provides tactical guidance on platform executions based on experience to account servicing team.
- Supports development of product and service offering materials for both internal and external purposes
- Identifies opportunities based on day-to-buying experiences to optimize practices.
- Work within budget provided.
- Execute paid media campaign & ensure that all necessary processes are rigorously done before execution.
- Quality control on media creatives (copy, visual) to ensure the right message & right channel.
- Tagging & tracking - Ensure that all tagging & tracking is implemented.
- Optimization - Ensure that optimization is properly done based on data & in line with manager’s recommendations/ approvals.
- Reporting - Generation of data, collection & consolidation of reporting into templates.

**REPORTING LINE**: The
**DIGITAL - PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST **reports to
**INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER.**

**QUALIFICATION & SKILLS**:

- You’ll be a smart, motivated, and results-driven analytical individual.
- You’ll be well organized and have excellent copywriting skills.
- You’re able to multitask as well as being able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine.
- You’ll work well within a team or still be fine working dependently on your own.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures.
- A confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone, able to quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Brilliant networking skills, confidently develops new relationships, connects people.
- Creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and challenge the status quo.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google drive.
- Strong work ethic & experience of handling confidential information
- Experience of working within strict compliance and ethics rules and guidelines

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Communication or related fields.
- Have working experience in Digital/Social agency (at least 1,5 - 2 years as Executive or 1 year as Senior Executive) or Marketing department with direct SOW related to Social/Digital
- Proven experience in direct execution with required SOW.
- Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads/ Analytics and LinkedIn preferred but not essential.
