Monitor the implementation of approved business plan by analyzing monthly business result data, functional reports and regular decisions of Board of Director (BOD).
- Monitor the implementation of Member Council (MC)’s resolutions, minutes and instructions/ major investment projects, purchasing high value assets and other vital business transactions of the company
- Identify the key issues which could affect the probability of reaching business plan
- Evaluate the existences of necessary regulations, procedures, process based on risk assessment and discussion with BOD and Head of Departments (HODs).
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of internal control systems, the compliance with the legal regulations and UIC’s Charter by gathering findings mentioned in internal/external audit reports, communicating with related staffs, performing process & controls testing (if necessary).
- Review the design of internal controls associated with new business processes, system changes, or new regulatory standards.
- Review the ad hoc issues (if necessary) by interviewing related staffs, checking documents, files and data with prior notice to BOD about the plan.
- Support BOD in establishing internal control system, discuss with BOD about the weaknesses and the action plan for improvement, monitor the action taken by BOD and report the results to MC
- Review the letter of External Auditor and feedbacks of BOD and monitor the progress of follow-up on recommendation from External Auditor.
- Review the periodic financial statements in prior to submission to MC.
- Evaluate the existences, efficiency of the internal controls in forecasting the business result, preparing financial statement and managing finance and investment activities

**Job Requirements**:

- University graduated;
- Insurance Qualification (ANZIIF, CII.) is a plus;
- Must be Certified Auditor or Accountant
- 5 - 7-year experience and technical understanding of non-life insurance business and operation;
- Good planning, analytic skills and hardworking;
- Good presentation skills;
- Fluent English, both spoken/written.
- Strong PC skills in excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively at all levels.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving mindset.
- Well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.
- A strong background in internal auditing and process improvement will be beneficial
