**As a Guru you will be accountable for**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products or services and persuading them to make a purchase.
- Managing the sales pipeline effectively by tracking and prioritizing leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, and inform sales strategies and approaches.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Prior experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in a related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements, and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
