YOUR ROLE
Operate the MHE at warehouse, specifically the electrical reachtruck
Process inbound and outbound orders
Deliver other tasks assigned by higher management
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Responsible for ensuring the proficient and safe use of the MHE in lifting, moving, and packing of goods
Observe and comply with quality, environment, health, and safety procedures
Carefully check all quality descriptions of the goods before executing the loading or offloading
Ensure that the products are properly stacked
Carry out regular check and maintenance on the MHE and other control equipment
Report to the warehouse manager or supervisor
Recognize and report mechanical and electrical flaws to the warehouse manager
**Receive and Process Shipments**: Unload goods from trucks, verify the accuracy of shipments, and inspect for damages
**Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and report discrepancies to management
**Order Fulfilment**: Retrieve specified cargo from storage, pack, seal, and label items for shipment according to established SOP or WI
**Warehouse Maintenance**: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
**Communication**: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with suppliers and distributors regarding shipment issues
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Graduated from High school or College
Experience on operating electrical reachtruck
Required Cargo Lift Operation Certificate (Có Chứng chỉ vận hành xe nâng)
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
**Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure accuracy in order fulfilment.
**Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions to improve warehouse operations.
**Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
