- Develop and implement HR policies and process which are legally compliant with relevant Vietnamese law and align with the best practice of the college
- Review and update relevant policies in consultant with management of the college
- Record timesheets for monthly payroll
- Prepare labour contract for Vietnamese and Expats
- Be responsible for staff wellness, staff development, organizing employee’s connection events.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Vietnamese national
- Holder of a degree in Law or HR Management
- Good English communication skills
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in a similar role within a HR team
- Good knowledge and practical experience of immigrations, employment law and compliance within Vietnam
- Experience in working with departmental government
- Ability to drive and effectively ensure quality outcomes
- Excellent customer service to effectively support internal staff and managers
- Pro-active, out-going and open-minded with positive can-do attitude
