**Mô tả công việc**:
- Propose ideas and execute marketing campaigns for growth hacking (acquire both seller & buyer)
- Seek for new solution to acquire new users on internal & external channels.
- Analyze and optimize daily operation to leverage user’s touchpoints, gain new users and increase user’s retention.
- Collaborate with Product Team, Data team to understand customer journey among cross channels, mainly focus on e-commerce platform to propose & promote killing features.
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, brand health, user’s insight and competitors.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors, partners and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Track growth and maintain analytics reports to provide up-to-date information to upper management.
**Yêu cầu**:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years+ experience as a Marketing Executive for senior level, and 2 years’ experience for lead level
- A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
- An awesome ability to tell stories and create simple and compelling messages that connect with audiences
- Experience in the automotive field, online platform is a big plus
