**POSITION OVERVIEW**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overall in-charge for maintaining and monitoring VIP member database including upgrades, campaigns i.e., Birthday Journey, VIP rewards e.g., vouchers and gifts, and other future VIP-related activities.
- Receive and assist all VIP members visiting the VIP Lounge in a professional, courteous, and energetic manner. Also serving as the primary source of information for any VIP member inquiry regarding the use of the VIP Lounge, activities, and privileges available.
- Support Centre Management in the communication and implementation of all marketing and PR initiatives and promotions relevant to the VIP members e.g., free parking, VIP voucher/gifts redemption, and other privileges thereof.
- Advise Centre Management, and in particular the Marketing Manager, on any VIP member feedbacks and trends in relation to Crescent Mall.
- Collect and forward VIP Member Comment Cards to line Manager.
- Actively participate in any training and development.
- Advise Operational staff on any issues requiring attention.
- Deal with guests in distress in a calm and effective manner.
- Maintain the VIP Lounge in a clean and professional manner at all times.
- Other duties as delegated from time to time by line Manager.
**REQUIREMENT**
- College or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or relevant fields
- Previous customer service/ guest service/ reception experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate to a broad range of visitors in a pleasant, friendly manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in both Vietnamese and English to an advanced level
- Proficiency on software programmes including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and mobile apps.
- Impeccable telephone manner, articulate and polite at all times
- Knowledge on operation of standard office equipment
- Sound experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment
- Positive, energetic, accommodating, and go-for-it attitude
- **Must be flexible, being able to work nights (latest shift will end at 10:15PM), weekends, and holidays.
