**Job Responsibility for Sales Manager **- Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:
- Manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals
- Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set by the business
- Support and monitor the implementation of the business plan. Reporting on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before the Board of Directors
- Building and developing customer system:
- Seek and develop relationships with customers and partners in the field of business activities
- Taking care of and building a mechanism for customers to increase inbound leads and maintain revenue
- Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales
**Requirement for** **Sales Manager - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:
- University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Having experience in the position of Sales Team Leader, Sales Director or similar positions, having achievements and regularly meeting/exceeding sales
- Fluent in business English
- Proficient in communication, presentation and influence skills at all levels of organization
- Being sensitive to business opportunities, having in-depth industry and product knowledge
- Be open-minded, willing to learn, receive feedback
- Commercial sales experience preferred
