- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan giải quyết thắc mắc, yêu cầu của khách hàng một cách kịp thời và hiệu quả.
- Theo dõi, cập nhật phản hồi từ khách hàng, chủ động nhận diện nhu cầu, hành vi khách hàng nhằm đóng góp vào việc cải tiến chất lượng dịch vụ và thương hiệu.
- Lập kế hoạch công việc, thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên
