Hỗ trợ khách hàng vận hành hệ thống. Giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách hàng liên quan đến vận hành hệ thống. Hỗ trợ hướng dẫn sử dụng.

- Theo dõi và đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động đúng quy trình.

- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhóm phát triển để giải quyết mọi vấn đề trong quá trình vận hành hệ thống.

- Kiểm tra và hỗ trợ các nhiệm vụ khác được giao.

**Requirements**:
- Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc đã tốt nghiệp trong lĩnh vực Công nghệ thông tin hoặc các ngành liên quan tại các trường HUST, PTIT, VNU, HaUI, vv.

- Giao tiếp tốt các ngoại ngữ Anh, Nhật, Hàn

- Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm liên quan đến Testing.

- Có thể tham gia thực tập fulltime.

- Cam kết làm việc 1 năm sau khi tốt nghiệp chương trình đào tạo.
