Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance & Control
- Develop and oversee quality assurance protocols for die casting operations.
- Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and final products to ensure conformance with dimensional, metallurgical, and visual specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to address non-conformities.
- Excellence in product traceability management

2. Process Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor and evaluate die casting processes to ensure quality consistency and identify areas for improvement. Conduct periodic GEMBA Walk Management.
- Collaborate with production teams to reduce defects such as porosity, shrinkage, and warping.
- Recommend and implement process adjustments to meet stringent quality standards.

3. Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to validate adherence to quality management systems.
- Liaise with customers to understand quality requirements and resolve quality concerns promptly.

4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain critical quality documents, including control plans, FMEA, PPAP, and inspection reports.
- Analyze data from inspections and tests to generate quality metrics and present findings.

5. Collaboration & Training
- Provide quality-related training to production and inspection teams.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate tooling designs and ensure manufacturability.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
(I) Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.

(II) Work experience: - At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance for die-casting operations, preferably in automotive, wireless network, or industrial manufacturing.

(III) Technical skills:

- Strong knowledge of die-casting processes, equipment, and diecasting “know-how”.
- Proficiency in using quality tools such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), spectrometers, and X-ray inspection systems.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
- Experience with advanced quality systems, including PPAP, APQP, and SPC.

(IV) Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to provide 8D quality report, and various quality tools

(V) Certifications
- Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or similar process improvement certifications.
- Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards.

(VI) Language: Proficient in English or Chinese
