**Yêu Cầu**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3-4 years of professional experience in fullstack development. Solid hands on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS/Express/NestJS. Good understanding of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development tools. Experience with microservices architecture or modular backend systems. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Understanding of API design, authentication methods (JWT, OAuth), and REST standards. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and collaborative development environments (Git, Jira, Confluence). Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS or Azure) is a plus. Good communication skills in English and teamwork oriented mindset.
