Currently, we are seeking a high caliber
**Driver Management Lead **based in Hanoi City, Vietnam as we continue to expand our presence and capabilities across SEA. Quick wits, problem solving and a team first mentality will be critical to your success. This role is a unique opportunity to have a measurable impact on your city through the growth and optimization of the driver population on the Lalamove platform for Hanoi.

**What you will do**:

- Lead, manage, improve quality & performance of drivers;
- Manage driver operations and ensure compliance with Lalamove’s driver policies, processes and operational standards;
- Lead and improve driver community to increase driver engagement and goodwill;
- Lead cross-teams initiatives in order to handle customer's special requests.
- Motivate, coach, support operations staff and ensure their KPIs are achieved;
- Propose process and service improvement suggestions related to speed and quality;
- Lead and manage other ad-hoc projects.

**What you'll need**:

- Degree holder having 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment; with 1-2 years of leadership experience;
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies;
- Proven track record of hands on leadership experience through managing sizable teams;
- Strong empathy to understand the needs of drivers and users. Calm under pressure. You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks;
- Vietnamese nationality with fluency in Vietnamese; fluency in English is a must;
- A real team player, hustled and detail oriented.
