In this role, the Head of Financial Accounting will be responsible for leading the Accounting department of BuyMed Group. This position involves producing accounting reports and performance analyses of the company and projects, including being in charge of tax and other authority requirements.

II - ACCOUNTING
- Build, manage and improve the entire accounting department of Group Companies.
- Establishing or improving financial management and accounting policies;
- Setting up accounting and financial reporting systems, including management reports;
- Designing processes and outputs for annual business planning and budgeting;
- Managing internal risks and setting up internal controls;
- Hiring and overseeing auditors and tax advisors.
- Take part in the design of a risk management framework to ensure effective identification and assessment of risks, risk responses, and internal control, and a monitoring process that will ensure risks are effectively monitored.

I - FINANCE FUNCTION
- Oversee all financial management issues, including Financial Policy Development and Deployment, Tax, Banking, Treasury, Audit, Cash, and Asset management
- Periodically prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the Management and the Board of Directors.
- Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the Board.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports for the management.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure that the financial records of the Company are properly audited/Company compliant.
- Plan and manage treasury operations effectively to optimize returns on investment and solicit cheaper funding sources.
- Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place

III - INVESTMENT
- Supporting in fundraising activities of the company, e.g.: finance & accounting due diligence, working with banks to transfer money between off-shore and on-shore entities, etc
- Liaison with investors, and external advisors.
- Maintain bank account reconciliation and prepare ad-hoc reports/explanations as required by investors;

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance and or any related field
- At least 10+ years of experience combining Big4 assurance experience and corporate experience
- Member of a professional body (ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
- English proficiency in both writing and speaking
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping
- Experience working in e-commerce, logistics or a cross-border company is a plus.
- Deep understanding of both VAS and IFRS accounting standards, local licenses, tax regulations, etc...
