**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as a strong business partner to help the organisation achieve its financial objectives
- Manage the full spectrum of Finance covering (but not limited to) accounting, tax, FP&A and legal matters
- Ensure that reporting of financials to Asia is based on IFRS standards and/or Corporate accounting guidelines
- Ensure that all tax and VAT filings are timely and comply with local tax and regulatory standards
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Finance, working with other functional stakeholders where required to ensure that process is aligned to meet the needs of the company
- Conduct internal audits for the centres to ensure that centre operations are compliant with company’s SOPs
- Prepare financial budget and forecasts (P&L, B/S and Cashflow) for the business
- Analyse the financials against budget and prior year and work with the various stakeholders to close the gap (if any) to ensure the business deliver its financial targets
- Ensure that the business has sufficient cashflow for daily operations and capital expenditures and investments
- Manage team effectively to ensure Finance meet its deliverables
- Work with external agents such as lawyers, tax agents, auditors, bankers and etc Any other ad-hoc duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or ACCA - At least 5 years’ experience in finance and accounting
- Strong understanding of Vietnam’s financial and tax regulations - Proficiency in ERP accounting software, preferably Oracle Netsuite
- Oral and written proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with superb time and tasks management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems and implement effective solutions/procedures to meet business need
