Payap.INC is a Korean company and has launched LienMall service in Vietnam since 12/2021. PAYAP.INC has attracted investment from Springcam [Naver sister company, and operated business in Vietnam.

[Main Task]
- Mange the store list and basic information of LienMall sellers/ suppliers (Product, policy, contact).
- Satisfy the inquiries from sellers/ suppliers about LienMall service and maintain the relationship.
- Active to expose the development of LienMall service to sellers/ suppliers, provide the service’s guideline.
- Collect the VOCs from buyers about products and work with the seller to solve it the best way.

- Control the order and revenue report of sellers/ suppliers.
- Support the leader of Merchandiser Team to build up the working process with sellers/ suppliers.
- Be the key member of Merchandiser Team to analyze, plan and upgrade the strategy.
- Collect the market’s insight and feedback about LienMall and delivery to the Products Team.

[Eligibility Requirements]
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience in commercial business.
- Familiar with manage and arrange the information, data.
- Good communication skills [English/Vietnamese]

- Business understanding of the e-commerce shopping mall industry and distribution structure
- Insights based on data analysis and planning ability
- Fulfillment planning/operation experience
- Proficient in using tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets
