**Responsibility**:
Expand company’s customer network, maintain key customer accounts and lease up company’s facilities

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding the logistic sector and its related operation
- More than 5 years’ experience in major 3rd Party Logistic Company (3PL), or responsible for logistic operation in major Brand Owners or E-Commerce Platform, Retailers
- Strong network in the logistic industry
- Ability to expand company’s exposure, branding and customer network
- Customer centric and solution provider
- Ability to identify customer’s needs & requirements
- Outgoing, proactive, self-motivated, result-driven, great people skill

Preferred:

- Understand the rental economics and warehouse leasing
- Experiences in the logistic real estate sector or agency (such as CBRE, JLL, Colliers, etc) as the leasing manager
- Experiences as a Real Estate Manager for major International 3PL companies with local expertise
