Job Title: Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and consumer trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing campaign performance and sales results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Experience working in sales or collaborating closely with sales teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team player.

Pay: From 27,292,000₫ per month
