Tam Son currently operates a network of 60 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.

As Retail Coordinator, you must exemplify our company values and take all necessary steps to support Retail Brand Manager / Retail department to ensure the overall success of assigned brands’ boutiques in Vietnam.
- Preparing data for the brand's shipments monthly (on average, there are about 60 shipments per month including goods for selling and non-merchandise goods)
- Summarize results, monitor BEY, BEM (Best Employee of the Month) programs, Best Store
- Collecting Seasonal Test results
- Aggregating, store, and update the process date of the Retail department
- Systematize documents, draft and issue official documents
- Track beauty benefits and other operations
- Preparing necessary data and send to Admin department to ask for a license for the store's promotions
- Gathering results (revenue, traffic, aggregate feedback from stores...) of promotions, promotions, events
- Preparing tasks related to issuing vouchers/coupons for brands
- Perform other tasks assigned during working time at Retail department
