Executing tasks related to accounting, internal control systems, and overseeing the operation of the companys accounting system. This includes safeguarding vouchers, reports, and associated records.Compiling tax declarations, financial statements compliant with VAS, IFRS, and other reports in accordance with state regulations, as well as internal reports as needed.Providing comprehensive updates and recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding pertinent financial, accounting, and tax policies for company implementation.Engaging in collaborative efforts with audit firms, consultants, tax authorities, and relevant bodies whenever necessary.Undertaking additional responsibilities as directed by the Board of Directors.

**Requirements**:
- Possess a university degree in finance, accounting, or economics.Proficient in English and capable of effective communication and reporting in Japanese.Holding a chief accountant certificate; possessing a CPA/ACCA certificate is advantageous (optional).Demonstrating familiarity with Vietnamese accounting standards, international accounting standards, and relevant tax and regulatory frameworks.Accumulating a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, inclusive of a 2-year as a chief accountant, and a track record in tax finalization and VAT refund procedures.
