As a Telesales Manager, you are responsible for managing Call Center operations smoothly and properly; assisting customer service function in daily work. Specifically, you will:

- Manage Customer Support and Telesales team (involve Quality Assurance and team members)
- Build up new department (processed, systems, employees)
- Manage team KPIs (Productivity, Service Level, Attrition Rate, Backlog, ) - daily/weekly target, rolling,...
- Manage and monitor daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly BPO’s performance
- Provide suggestions on improving BPO’s quality & performance
- Work with internal departments to ensure support for BPO to ensure the service
- Improve processes and workflows in coordination with internal & external teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor BPO operation cost
- Manage BPOs working accounts with highest efficiency
- Consult for BPO manager ensuring that all activities and initiatives meant to drive operational effectiveness are administered in a cost-effective manner

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional problem-solving skills including the ability to deal with uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, define key drivers, and propose solutions
- At least 03-year experience in a customer service / Telesales environment
- Good communication with great listening skills
- Great customer service mindset with a cooperative spirit
- Critical thinking going along with problem-solving skill
- Familiar with Contact Center Systems
- Reporting skill
